Review of PUB REPUBLIC

I love the ambience of this place and they really took care of me! Even sitting at the bar, the bartender and one other staff member were very thorough in understanding my needs and were able to point out quite a few main dishes that can be made GF. I have a feeling they have a few GF regulars, because they were very on top of it. Menu changes seasonally, I had a salmon dish that was cooked to perfection. Their wine list is fantastic as well!
