We visit this bakery often when we are in town. Every item we have tried is fresh and delicious. Their doughnuts are soft and melt in your mouth. Even their matcha latte is perfect. You can even purchase their flour if you ask (but it is not one for one and will need xatham gum). Picky toddler approved as well!

In addition to a GF facility, they offer vegan/dairy free baked goods. We tried bread and muffins which were like good regular baked goods, a waffle mix that produced light and fluffy waffles and a fabulous double chocolate brownie I'm still dreaming about. I have to be careful. I could spend a fortune there!

Dedicated GF bakery with many vegan options and even a few paleo and keto choices. I usually go early Saturday morning to stock up on staples and also get a couple of sweet treats. Bread, rolls and English muffins freeze well. Five Corners in Farmington uses their GF hamburger buns!

So wonderful to have this gem nearby. My daughter has celiac and I make a weekly stop for sprinkle cookies, balls of fresh pizza dough (we make stuffed crust pizza she loves), and English muffins.

I’ve been going here for several years now and I always have fun picking out goodies! Today a client brought me oatmeal cream pie with chocolate chip frosting inside… the cookie was baked perfectly! The cakes are very good and they even have paleo and keto breads and pastries. Worth a road trip if you’re far away. They also consistently have the best mocha lattes in the Farmington Valley!

I love the English muffins; they're light, buttery, and insanely tasty. They make a great breakfast sandwich using them.

But the best of show is certainly the cinnamon rolls. You haven't had better, this I guarantee.

But the frosted goods (cakes and cupcakes) are hit or miss. The fat to sugar ratio of their frosting isn't right - often feels like you're eating mostly shortening.

Drove up from Hartford while in town to race bikes. Worth the drive! Cinnamon roll was GREAT, very soft. Hamburger bun (carried to the race and used to hold a food-truck burger) has a very good texture, crumb and taste. Best burger I've had in a while! Chocolate chip cookie was very good. I did not care for their oatmeal cookie, I prefer mine as modified from the America's Test Kitchen recipe. Muffin was also very good. Many GF can be gritty, this was not. Appropriate texture and very nice height (which is hard to get.) I wanted to go back and get more (another cinnamon roll, adding a loaf of bread and a pizza round, but no time. HIGHLY recommend!

No bad reactions to anything from there.

This is now my #3 GF bakery after one in Amsterdam, and Petunias in Portland OR.

This bakery is a godsend.The vegan cinnamon rolls are so good, I regularly think about them! I will drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way heading to work to get them. Absolutely delicious! Big fan of the chocolate chip english muffins too.

I bought so much stuff here. Having Egg and dairy in addition to gluten Issues is A major pain but I got a ton of stuff including chocolate chip English muffins which my head is exploding over I cannot wait to eat one! I have already tried the normal English muffins which is what they are famous for and I understand why.. somehow their sorcery has created nooks and crannies. And the cheesecake while not vegan Tasted Like my mom's and was a Total treat.

Amazing!! 100% recommend to anyone GF/vegan/celiac. They have a dedicated GF kitchen so there is no worry for cross contamination. The English muffins are my favorite, they also have so many baked goods, all GF! Also serve coffee which is awesome

This was my first visit and it’s curbside only. I called on my order and waited maybe 5 minutes. The person who took my order was friendly and answered my questions without rushing me. Haven’t eaten the bread yet, but the iced lemon scone never made it home for the coffee — delicious, light and lemony.

I'm from MI visiting my daughter and I am so glad I found this fantastic shop. Everything I bought here tastes amazing. It's always so soft and not dense at all like many GF products I've had in the past. Even my daughter says if you gave her these products without telling her it's GF she'd never know the difference. The girls up front are amazing too and always so helpful and nice. I 110% recommend this business and will always come back when visiting. Side note: the cinnamon rolls are truly out of this world.

Gave them another chance and was able to try the cinnamon buns. Totally worth it! Amazing! Could put them out at a party and no one would know they were gf in my opinion. Drool worthy! I actually bought one, went outside to eat it, and went back in to buy a half dozen! They are soft, chewy, moist, and rip apart (instead of crumble). Tried a mixed berry crumble bar which was also quite delicious.

My first review: Let me start by saying that I would definitely go back and try other products (especially want to try their cinnamon buns which they only make on certain days- you can go on Facebook to get a good idea of what’s available that day). The aroma was amazing, the dedicated gluten free makes you feel safe and you can choose anything there, and the staff were so kind- however, what I tried I was slightly disappointed with- especially having read such great reviews. The muffins were dry, the donuts and dinner rolls lacked flavor (but the texture was great!), the bagel was dry. All still edible though- I did eat everything I bought. I will definitely give them another chance!
