The staff said they have dedicated utensils and plates that they use for gluten-free preparation. More than half of the menu is naturally gluten-free and the entire menu is vegan. Servings seem a little small for the price, but it’s all made fresh to order with quality ingredients. I’m freshly diagnosed so I can’t speak for how much I do/don’t react from potential cross contamination, but so far so good.
Edit 11/3/2018: We ate there today and ordered gluten-free, specifying it was for celiac and the staff replied "we can't be held responsible for anything that happens to someone with celiac." So all the initial question-asking and reassurance that they use different utensils and plates is useless information. I ate it anyway, but I would not say this is celiac friendly.
