Review of Pushkin's Bakery

I read about this great little Bakery when they had JUST opened, and my husband and I made the drive, because I was determined to check them out, since they were both Gluten Free and Dairy Free...and so am I... not by choice! What a treat! The wife of the husband and wife team that runs this bakery gave me all the information I needed on the phone to run right over...and when we did... I was in heaven! I bought one of each of about 10 different items, so I could have a variety to try...and everything was so good! Prices were a little high, but it is such a treat to have a GF/DF bakery. I only wish they were closer! We only manage to get over there when we go to Star Ginger for Pad Thai. The first time we walked in, she knew we were coming and had a little tray of samples sitting on the top of the display case, which I think they do often, but I was sooooo thrilled that there were actually crumbs around and I didn't have to feel like I was in "poison" territory! I hope this bakery does great! We're fortunate to have them in town!
