Review of Pu'uwai Aloha Bakery

This place is fantastic - the baguettes are like proper French Bread, the savory sandwiches are delicious, and the cinnamon rolls taste like I remember NON-GF homemade ones tasting (I was diagnosed celiac as an adult). The pizza looks great but we didn’t buy any. If I was going to be here longer I would have, though. Very much worth the visit. I’ve been doing this for over 12 years, and this is hands down the best GF bakery I’ve ever visited. Check the hours before you go - they are open Thurs thru Saturday only. They also do a couple of farmer’s markets IIRC. Mahalo!
