I asked about contamination and if they toasted the GF buns in the same place on the grill as the gluten buns. The person at the register just said "Next" and would not take my order. Of course I didn't want to order at a place with so little knowledge or ability to avoid cross contamination. This was the rudest interaction I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. Definitely don't go here for GF.
The owner said don’t worry we have gluten free bread. He said he is aware of cross contact but when I asked questions he was not. I asked him to cook my stuff in the oven on a clean pan, which they did. Claimed that the fries and poutine are gluten free ans no cross contact, but again when I asked questions, onion rings are fried in the same fryer. Over all I had a great burger, but you really have to talk to them. Great service, listened to me and felt safe after we spoke.
Every burger can be made in a GF bun
