Review of QDOBA Mexican Eats

The server was knowledgeable when I told them that I have celiac disease. She immediately changed her gloves and told all of the other servers. It is NOT a dedicated gluten free kitchen, but similarly to chipotle, the meats and veggies are all GF - avoid the tortillas, potatoes (deep fried), and sauces (except pick de Gallo)
