My husband and I went at 8pm on a Saturday night. It was so loud, i had to shout standing next to my husband or else we couldn't hear each other. We had higher expectations, since they have such a large gluten free menu. We were seated and given menus. We requested their gluten free menus; several minutes later she brings us only one menu. We had baskets of bread dumped onto our table twice (lots of back waiters and expediters). We placed our order with our server: prosciutto, fontina cheese, capresse salad, and shrimp risotto. Various expediters brought various courses at different times. The prosciutto and cheese selections were plated together with a stack of bruschetta (gluten) on the plate. It was so loud, the expediter couldn't hear us. When he finally heard us, he indicated that the server didn't specify gluten free on the ticket. The risotto was good, but they brought us sausage instead of shrimp (bill said shrimp risotto). We ended up eating it anyhow, since it was a long time before server ever checked up on us. Food was tasty, but service was terrible. The loud room made communication difficult. When you could talk with an expediter, they were helpful. I can't believe that they have such a large gluten free menu, yet no way to code the ticket so that the chef/expediter knows it is gluten free. That may have prevented them from trying to serve us gluten so many times, if the expediters checked tickets before delivering plates. We won't be back again. Oh--and there are no gluten free crackers/bread, so bring your own or go without. :-(
