I called ahead for a ski trip to Crystal mountain. The executive chef emailed me and said he would accommodate my kids gluten sensitivity (similar to celiac). He said he would put a pot of oil on the stove and fry separately. My boys had burgers and fries. Staff was waiting for us when in came in and was aware of our situation. They seemed very knowledgeable. Food was fantastic and the staff was super helpful. I can’t speak to anything other than burger and fries but my kid was super happy.
