De lekkerste glutenvrije pizza gegeten!
Naast de lekkere pizza ook enorm vriendelijke mensen.
Een echte aanrader!

They used to have gluten free pasta, but not anymore (check the last time December 2023). I've personally never had the gluten free pizza, since you need to call beforehand so that they can prepare the dough. If you don't call before 1PM, chances are small that they still prepare a gluten free pizza. The kitchen is very small, but I never experienced any issues afterwards.

When I tasted the gluten-free pizza I was worried if it was really gluten-free. The douch is soft and bread like with a big border filled with air. The guys at ragazzi are really friendly and assured me it was the right pizza. The pizza’s that have gluten have a even bigger border and are bit different in color.
So I started to eat the pizza and it was amazing!! I felt like I stepped into a beautiful memory, just eating pizza with friends. Without looking at people eating pizza and me, eating a premade cardboard-like version of a pizza…
This gluten-free pizza is a handmade with gluten-free flour and and has had the time to rise. No prefabricated stuff.
The only downside is that you have to be lucky to get a gluten-free pizza on busy nights (they sell out fast). They have the option to “reserve” a pizza for a certain time. Just call them around noon to book a pizza in the night, or the day before if you come for lunch.
Sorry for my long message, but I hope it will inspire you to go try this pizza, it’s the best gluten-free I’ve found. (Weird to say, but the gluten-free pizza I ate in Italy was not as so good as this one.)

One of the best, if not the best gluten-free pizza I ever had. The place is in the "Food Hall", a collection of many self-service redtaurants.
