Hidden gem! 85% of the menu can accommodate a gluten free guest. We ordered the following, and they were able to make them gluten free with high quality substitutions (i.e. fantastic gf pasta or a sub for the bread): Cantabrian anchovy, butter, sourdough; Raw beef, smoked eel, garlic scape; Casarecce, lamb, smoked ricotta, rosemary. Service was friendly and they were able to tell us from the get-go what was GF on the menu. Would highly recommend this spot, and would recommend you get reservations ahead of time!

What an incredible spot!! Handmade, fresh pasta which was paired with a variety of sauces which all were coeliac friendly. Everything could be made gluten free as well. Try the burrata for a religious experience.
