Review of Rakkan

They have gluten free noodles but only one broth is actually gluten free. It was really good! It says it’s vegan on the menu so it’s served with corn, tofu, and tomato but I had them substitute those items with pork and an egg. It wasn’t until I was half way done with it that I realized the egg was probably marinated in soy sauce 🤦🏻‍♀ don’t do what I did and you’ll be fine :) very delicious ramen!
