Review of Rancho Viejo

I ate there and did not get glutened but if I’m being honest I think I just got lucky. The wait staff had simply no clue what was going on, my waiter didn’t even know what gluten was. I got enchiladas with corn tortillas which they can substitute in anywhere they use flour tortillas, and the food was pretty good, but again I think I just got lucky and idk if I would eat there again.
