Brisket is NOT GF. All other meats are. Ask for their allergy menu.

They do have an allergen guide on the website. Tldr is that all meats and bbq sauces are gf. So stuck with that. Ribs were excellent. Brisket a solid mediocre. Sausage yummy.

I dislike that you cannot see them prepare your food. I have had a mixed result with this place too. The first time they did amazing. After they have actually put a roll in the plate. Hit and miss with quality of service. I have gotten sick here. The meats are GF but the serving is where they fall short.

We had R & R cater my daughters wedding during the pandemic. My daughter wanted BBQ and this was the only place that had GF options for me. The staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. They delivered the food on time and the GF containers were in separate bags and marked. The food was really good. The entire wedding party said that it was so much food they could not eat it all. I did not get cross contaminated. I would recommend the catering side of this place. I have not eaten in one of the restaurants and so I cannot give a report on that experience.

Fantastic. So tasty. I love these guys, all their locations. Brisket and wings are NOT safe, and brother are the nachos (shared fryer). But the chicken, pulled pork, and ribs are out of this world. Haven't tried the sausage. Baked beans, potato salad, red beans and rice, coleslaw, and side salad (no croutons) are safe sides. Tell them you're gf and they'll take care of you! Never gotten sick once, at any location. But we're at this location the most.
Great experience. The GF menu clearly labeled what was GF and DF, they understood cross contamination and seemed to be very careful for me. Had the boneless chicken and pulled pork, with BBQ beans. Delicious and feel great afterwards!

We went yesterday and the lady was wonderful and patient helping us. The meat is clean but the meat was also disgusting. The pork was so full of fat it was unpalitable. Poor quality meats and then some. We wont be going back.
Yes
They have a gluten free menu when you go to order and are very cautious to avoid cross contamination. So many great GF options. You don’t feel like you have to sacrifice. Most meats and sauces are gluten free.
Yes
Staff was super knowledgeable and had a chart for me to look at as to what was GF or not. All the meats and sauces are good to go and there were quite a few sides as well. The employee preparing our food even changed their gloves.

We ate this evening at R&R BBQ in Lehi. All of their meats and BBQ sauces are gluten free. Most of their sides are safe, with the exception of Mac n cheese and the gravy for the garlic mashed potatoes. It was so amazing! A special thanks to Mickie and Cassidy for being so knowledgeable on the GF options too! We will go again!
Staff wasn’t knowledgeable other than me asking if they had a dedicated fryer which she said no. Ordered brisket and baked beans. Asked to have the hush puppies in the side for my hubby to have, and they put it in my plate. Sick after eating halfway through my meal, and I’m not that sensitive with cross contamination. Won’t be going back.

I wish they had a gluten free menu or markings on the menu, but the cashiers seemed to have at least a general idea of what was gluten free. This time I just got the Turkey Cobb Salad. It looked large and beautiful when it came out, and I took a photo. I kind of wish I’d gotten something with actual BBQ sauce because the smoked turkey wasn’t very smoky at all and had obviously been in the cold fridge for a long time. And it wasn’t as filling as I’d hoped. It was pretty good, though, but I’m not sure I’ll get it next time, especially since I needed a bunch of GasX after for some reason.
FYI, I’ve reached out to R&R previously, and they emailed me back:
Thanks for reaching out! We are currently working on a gluten-free menu, but it’s not available just yet. However, here are the items on the menu you would want to avoid:
Buns for the burgers/sandwiches, Hush Puppies, Rolls, Gravy, Croutons, Fried Okra, Onion Rings, Fried Pickles, Fried Jalapenos, Meatloaf, Chicken Nuggets, Banana Pudding, and Peach Cobbler.
All of our meats and BBQ Sauces are gluten-free. However, we cannot guarantee everything is 100% gluten-free, as we are an open kitchen and everything is prepared in the same areas.

Delicious. Multiple gluten free options. Sauces are GF as well
A for effort. They had a separate menu for me to look at and were knowledgable about options, though the gf menu has pretty limited items. When my order arrived there was a little of the brisket (which we were told was not gf) that had accidentally been mixed in. But good food. I pulled the brisket off and had no reactions.
THEY HAVE WINGS. And a separate fryer for meat. Plus all gluten free meats and sauces. I’m doing back flips bc I get to add a new restaurant to our short list of safe places. I am v sensitive to cross contamination and half felt nothing. Yaaaayyyyyy
