I’ve been here twice and had a very different experience than previous reviewers. I found the waitstaff to be knowledgeable about GF. They don’t have many starter options but they do have tons of entrees and they are delicious. The salads are very good too. I’ve had the wedge and range salad, as well as the tenderloin and the halibut. Their GF crostinis are not really worth it but they are an option. We ate here right before going to musicals. They partner with the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and you can get free valet parking on the day of the show if you show your ticket (I’m sure that partnership is subject to change so I’d double check before you go).

If you eat gluten free, just skip this restaurant. I take the reviews with a grain of salt sometimes because generally only the bad experiences get shared. In the case of this restaurant, previous reviews were spot on. The staff at this restaurant do not understand gluten issues. Things that were marked as gluten free were not…I specifically was given a salad with fried garbanzo beans. My steak was delivered with fried onion rings and white sauce on the top. My colleague who is even more sensitive to gluten was given a dish with something fried on it. Fyi … we asked about the mole sauce when the chicken was brought out but they would not tell us what was in the sauce and insisted the fried piece on the food was not fried but wouldn’t tell us what it was nor explain. Yea, my steak was good the second time but… All that to say…They are NOT gluten friendly. Just avoid them.

The service was terrible. My son has celiac and they had a terrible menu with about 20 items and when I called them they said they could make about anything gluten free but when my son ordered his food they told him they couldn’t make the gnocchi gluten free because they put bread crumbs on it. My son then ordered the Green Chili Shrimp and the waitress tells him that some days they make it with flour and other days they don’t which is the most stupid thing ever. We then order and they tell him he needs a second choice if that day was a flour day. Our food comes and they gave him some absolutely TERRIBLE ribs and he then felt sick. The person I spoke to on the phone with was basically lying straight to me. The service here was terrible and I would NEVER go back. The things on the menu were incredibly overpriced and what I would say is a ripoff. And the cassoulet my parents ordered was terrible, the sausage that was in it tasted like the cheap hot dog sausage you would buy at Safeway. Ending that I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this restaurant if you have celiac.

I had a delicious pork with brussels and grits. I told my server when I ordered that I had celiac and needed my meal prepared gluten free. Asked that he could confirm that and indicate my allergy to the kitchen. 2am rolled around and it was obvious that I had a gluten reaction. I checked in with the kitchen in the morning and they confirmed my meal was GF but acknowledged they may have not used a non-contaminated cutting board or something. I figured a restaurant of this caliber and being told there were GF options, that they could handle it. Traveling with celiac is tough sometimes 😕.
