Review of range Restaurant

I had a delicious pork with brussels and grits. I told my server when I ordered that I had celiac and needed my meal prepared gluten free. Asked that he could confirm that and indicate my allergy to the kitchen. 2am rolled around and it was obvious that I had a gluten reaction. I checked in with the kitchen in the morning and they confirmed my meal was GF but acknowledged they may have not used a non-contaminated cutting board or something. I figured a restaurant of this caliber and being told there were GF options, that they could handle it. Traveling with celiac is tough sometimes 😕.
