Raw Sushi & Sake Bar

They were aware of cross contamination and asked if we had a person with celiac. Their protocol is to clean the work space before prepping food for someone with celiac. We had sushi and maki served with gluten free soy sauce. Our kiddo was very happy and had no issues.

I have celiac and was so concerned. Chef Nate made me salmon nigiri on a clean cutting board and GF soy sauce that he brought to me. Came to the table to find something for me to eat.
