I called ahead to ask about cross contact precautions and honestly the staff I talked to was kind of a jerk about it, but he said they keep the ingredients separate and are very careful, changing gloves between each pizza and then everything goes in an individual pan through a conveyor belt oven and doesn’t touch. Our food all came labeled as gluten free and nothing made me hugely sick but I thought all of it was just fine. The default GF pizza is a thick crust like pizza huts pan pizzas but not nearly as good, and pretty crumbly. I agree with others that I could do better at home. I might try again for other things bc their menu is HUGE but I don’t think it’s going to become a frequent staple for us.
Updated: this was recommended to me right away when I was diagnosed and it was the first restaurant we tried. I can say with confidence now it is the worst option we have tried in the 6 months I’ve been GF. The Costco cauliflower crust pizzas are much much better!
