I’m not normally one to give low stars to our treasured gf stops, but this location has a really low rating from the health department. Never thought to check ahead of time as a. I never do that and b. we love the location further north. Was bummed to arrive and see their rating. Didn’t feel comfortable eating here with my family and had to go to the way less fun and way more celiac risky chain across the way.
Good variety of toppings and types of gluten-free crusts, though I'm not sure which crust I had because I didn't realize there were options when ordering (gf, cauliflower, keto). The special pies were original, and I enjoyed the one I chose. The crust was a little heavy, similar to Domino's, but it hit the spot after a long day at my conference. Staff were very nice, helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed the Ghostfish gf beer one tap.
Excellent as always. Though we usually go to the Greenwood location we went to this one this time. Dedicated kitchen space and very careful with orders. Great pizza options even for someone like me with extra food intolerances. The “outdoor” eating space is actually fully enclosed and has heat. Good in any weather. Friendly service though this one is order at counter.
Staff was very friendly and helpful when placing our order. When ordering the first thing they ask is if you have an allergy.
We got two pizzas and both were great!
I recommend reserving a table as there is limited seating inside, but they do have a patio if the weather permits!
Very clean, knowledgeable staff and food was good. Decided to try after seeing a blurb in GF magazine about being voted #1 GF pizza in USA. My husband said I had celiac upon entering and she gave him a gf menu, too. I don’t think she was being bossy, just trying to keep me safe. So many gf options! Mozzarella sticks were very good (not a panko style breading). The pizza crust was great. Had garlic chicken, definitely didn’t taste the garlic. Had cheese tortellini, the sauce was simple and very good. The pasta was a little mushy (definitely didn’t hold up leftover)and a little gritty. The bread that came with the pasta what like a multigrain style garlic bread, but definitely needed more garlic. It had good texture and some crunch.
We ordered the cheese bread, mozzarella sticks, bbq chicken pizza, and the tortellini a la crème (garlic pasta). They were all delicious but the pasta was by far our favorite with the pizza coming in second. The crust has the perfect chew and isn’t gritty or mushy. We ordered delivery and the driver was great and told us that the owner has celiac and spent 2 years perfecting the pizza dough. Definitely recommend!!
We stopped in at a recommendation while in Seattle. I'm dairy-free and gluten-free so pizza isn't really in my vocabulary. This place has changed my mind and I'm a little relieved I don't live nearby because I'd be so fat. Lol Started off with a glass of wine (Joel Gott on tap!?!) and an order of mozzarella sticks. Figured, if they were terrible, we'd have the wine and leave. Guys, I they served me piping hot vegan and gluten-free mozzarella sticks and when I say heaven... Needless to say, we ordered a large vegan cheese, gluten-free pizza. My husband has no food allergies but he was all about solidarity. He was impressed with the food too! Amazing! Best vegan cheese, gluten-free pizza I've ever had!!!
The pizza was fine, not really that great. It did. It seem like the took a lot of care. You have to order at the front, get your own knives and forks. Which means everyone's dirty hands are touching the same silverware. Seems like a cross contamination risk right there. Would not recommend.
Such a HUGE menu of GF items. I had the submarine grinder and while the bread overpowered the meats and cheese, I asked for a side of Italian dressing and it was heaven dipping the bread in the oil with some garlic salt I l added to it. When I get home, will be trying to replicate this delicious sandwich!
Very helpful staff , dedicated GF as well as vegan menus with so many options and the ability to make changes to the menu items to your dietary needs . I had a gluten free razzi’a special with dairy free ( vegan ) cheese and it was delicious ! My husband ate off the traditional menu and really liked his food as well .
I wish I could give it ZERO stars but there is a great variety of supposedly gluten free items and this app's system skews the rating higher because of it. I cannot recommend this to anyone who legitimately can't eat gluten. At first glance it seems to be a haven -- entirely separate menu with almost all items on the traditional menu available gluten free. There's even a sticker on the window that says "certified gluten free," I wish I had looked closer at it to see if it was real. The pizza I had was definitely on gluten free crust but it's the next day and I am having the worst reaction I have ever had to simple cross contamination. The last time I felt like this it's because I had an entire spoonful of a seasoning paste with flour as a major ingredient (by accident of course!). There's no where else I could have gotten contaminated. I've had no food yet today and yesterday the only other place I ate was a 100% gluten free restaurant with no risk of cross contamination. It's disappointing after reading the good experiences other people have had here but I guess it probably depends on the staff in the kitchen and if they're taking it seriously and evidently, they don't.
I used to stop by this establishment each time I drove through Seattle. My last experience was unfortunately a bit unnerving as a celiac, and as a result I will not be returning.
They have a section on the to-go box to mark pizzas that are gluten free. When I got mine the box was marked as regular, not gluten free. When I asked the man at the counter he looked at my receipt and said “it says GF”. He looked inside the pizza box and confirmed and then talked to the cooks who seemed confused as to why I was asking. He said they could remake it, which was very kind. I agreed to let them remake it because I have not had issues in the past. However, while waiting I looked at the reviews on here and noticed someone was glutened and recently other recent reviews have not been positive. As a result my instinct told me to not to eat here, so I left before the new one was finished. They were very accommodating, but mistakes and uncertainty like that makes me very nervous because I get sick so easily. I appreciate how kind and willing they were, but I had to be extra safe this time around to protect myself. As a result, I do not plan on returning in the future.
We visited Razzi’s with high excitement. My wife and daughter are both Celiac, so we were so jazzed to see the extensive gluten free menu an everything from gluten free cheese bread to calzones to pizza to desserts. Not often can we find an Italian pizzeria with the amount of gf on the menu. We left quite disappointed. The crust used for the cheese bread and pizza lacked flavor and seemed undercooked. It was very doughy and took away from the flavor of the food. With so many amazing gluten free places in the Seattle area, we expected better.
went to razzis last night to celebrate my partners graduation. ordered gf df cheese bread and calzone. it’s all i ate that day, and had leftovers today. so many menu options, and it tasted so delicious!! but unfortunately…
i am so so sick. definitely got glutened, all the classic symptoms (bloating, gas, cramping, headache, brain fog) im so sad because i paid a lot to eat here and had faith it would be a safe place. i guess not :-(
We ordered two appetizers and the meals. The cheesy garlic bread won out over the cheese sticks. The baked spaghetti was the best of the three meals with the tortellini de la crème special running a close second d. The house calzone did not impress us but was edible. All in all a good choice for this type of food.
The best gluten free pizza I have had. They have a lot of gluten free options. The GF calzone came as a pizza folded in half. I let the kitchen know of a gluten allergy and they were knowledgeable/took appropriate measures
I had a vegetarian pizza and it was great. I didn’t get sick and the taste was great. The crust is a little thick, which is nice compared to the usual thin crust pizzas we find everywhere. The sauce was great flavours were wonderful. I wish I could’ve eaten more. I’ll have to go back to the calzones. I haven’t had a calzone in decades. The Mozzarella sticks were baked. They were OK - I’m not sure I would have them again.
Oh my gosh. My husband found this place while seeing a show at El Corazon half block away. Next weekend him and I went. Freaking fantastic. I had fried eggplant and a pizza. Wanted to try a dessert but just couldn't do it. I will be going back in August when my bestie and I go into Seattle for a concert. I am gluten free, dairy free and egg free. I did not get sick. It was delicious.
Not celiac safe I got symptoms within an hour of eating there. Staff was nice and seemed to know about gluten free and had a large gluten free menu but I still got sick. Food was meh at best even for my gluten eating friend. Not sure I would risk it again, especially since we weren’t impressed by the food. It wasn’t a busy time at all, fyi.
Was able to get talk to a manager and he showed me the seperate areas they make gluten free v traditional. The areas are enclosed rooms with sealed doors. The GF room is about 50 feet away from the Traditional room. These are the rooms where they make all their products like dough and pasta. And all this is made in the basement of the greenwood location, which also provides for their downtown location
The best gf+vegan pizza I’ve found! Huge menu even for both. My friend who is not gf or vegan ordered off my menu and even she agreed that it was delicious and held up against “real” pizza.
Staff was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back when I’m in town!
Had lunch here! Had a full separate gf menu - multiple crust and sauce options for their pizzas. They were able to confirm different allergens either were or were not present in various items.
I tried it due to all the hype but im sorry I have had way better gf food and for the cost this food is not that good. Bread is super thick and bland. You can make anything gf which is nice but only the mozzarella sticks were good imop and the pizza was mid. Also the “Elevated Twix” desert called Millionaire bars do NOT taste anything like a twix.
Absolutely massive gluten free menu. I honestly felt like a kid in a candy shop. Pretty much anything they have on the traditional menu can be made gluten free. They ask you on entrance if anyone needs and alternate menu. They also have the option for you to buy loaves , hamburger buns and pizza crusts and other baked goods. Great place for gluten free options!
This was the biggest Gluten Free menu that I have seen since getting diagnosed and everything was delicious and I had zero reactions. We got the GF Cheese Bread and my husband, who is not GF, said it was the best Cheese Bread he has eaten, and I got the GF RAZZiS Special Pizza. The pizza crust was not thin! It was thick and delicious, it felt like a hybrid of hand tossed and deep dish, which was amazing with it being GF. I would highly recommend!
