It’s great. Gluten free calzones, pasta pizza, etc. The owner has celiac, so he understands everything and there is gf protocol and separate preparation areas and everything. There is a seperate gluten free menu, and many dairy-free and vegan options. Pretty much everything is/can be gluten free. There is even an allergy certification nest to the entry door. The actual food is quite good, nothing crazy but great all around.
