The staff seemed very knowledgeable and alerted me (without my asking) not to eat the ginger dressing due to non-GF soy sauce. They made their chicken hibachi with GF soy sauce and it was delicious. My complaint is that toward the end of the meal I found what appeared to be pieces of lo mein noodles, which are not GF. Miraculously, I did not get sick. So either I ate what was not near the noodles or the noodles were rice noodles. Still, I was too scared to eat any more and let my husband take the rest. I may try them again because they were so helpful while ordering, but I will DEFINITELY mention the noodles when ordering and ask them to tell chef to be careful. If you’re extremely sensitive to cross contamination, I would not eat here.
