Review of Red Fedele's BROOK HOUSE

I have been going to the Brook House since it 1st started, I think they have excellent food , and service. I don't feel just because you know the owner,it does not get you a table. I feel for the person who had a bad time. I feel The Brook House does a great job, especially during really busy times like the holidays. Being in the food business, you can cook for 99 people and one does not come out the right way you wanted it and the person leaves with a bad experience,as a food guy , when your hear that you do feel bad. I feel the Brook House has a nice Gluten free menu and menu in general. I hope you give them another try. Keep up the great job Brook House Staff !
