we had a great and safe gluten free dining experience. While they don't have a gluten-free menu, the waiter (Alexander) was very knowledgeable and explained that they do have homemade gluten free pasta. It is made of almond and arrow root flours. It is a thick fettuccini style pasta. The tomato basil sauce was delicious with carmalized onions for extra flavor. They don't have a chicken pasts dish and don't allow substitions, oddly. As such, I ordered the chicken entree and my fellow GF dining companion had the GF pasta. We ate "family style," sharing our meals so we both had some chicken and pasta. The chicken was tender and married well with the pasta and red sauce. Dessert was also a treat. We split the chocolate hazelnut panna cotta and the paleo friendly chocolate chip cookies, made from almond a nd arrowroot flours. Can't wait to return and appreciate their carefulness at avoiding cross contamination with items containing gluten. That always gets an extra star rating from me.
