Staff is incredibly knowledgable about Celiac Disease - cross-contaminiation procedures are perfect and I have felt very safe here. Gluten free menu is very extensive (almost everything can be made gluten free and everything is clearly marked on the menu) and there is a dedicated fryer! Highly reccomended.
