I haven't been to Red Lobster in years. I asked for the allergen guide and they brought me a notebook with all the major allergies. They even had a column that indicated a higher level of possible cross-contamination because of how it's prepared. I got a loaded baked potato and coleslaw (neither marked for cross-contamination). I did not get sick. It's good to know that's an option if needed.

This restaurant was extremely accommodating! The waitress brought me an allergen menu that clearly labeled all major food allergens. I ordered a salad from the menu, but they brought it out with flour tortilla strips. They apologized immensely, and the manager removed it from the bill, and brought me a whole new salad. They were kind and patient, and definitely received a handsome tip for all they did to make sure my food was healthy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area with dietary restrictions!

They have a few different choices. They have come out with a new menu but don’t have a gluten free menu so they gave me the allergy list binder so I had to play detective to figure out what I could have. I ended doing the pick 2 main dishes and a side combo. I had shrimp scampi with steam broccoli. That was enough for me and tasted great!

Allergen binder provided upon request, server seemed half-knowledgable but nice about it. Not sure if sensitivity was noted to kitchen or not, but he asked regarding gluten in the dish I had wanted (it was from the orzo rice, which I don't want anyways). I've always gotten the scallop & shrimp skewers with double scallops instead, no rice. The binder was a little long and overwhelming, no dedicated menu, but it works. Don't feel the best after the meal, but maybe it was just from all the oils.

Years ago they were good. Now they’re terrible. Staff had no understanding of gluten issues, food was terrible with small portions, everything is overpriced, & manager didn’t care about customer concerns. The chain’s going bankrupt for a reason. Run away.

I ordered grilled salmon, steamed broccoli and baked potato butter on the side. The portions were huge with at least 4 ounces of salmon each and took home leftovers for another meal. My dinner was good and refrained from the awesome smelling biscuits due to gluten.
