I was actually very surprised how well I did it this restaurant. There were a number of choices that I could choose from. There was dedicated GF menu. I called ahead and spoke with the manager and he assured me that if I choose off that menu that I should be very safe. Anything that is broiled, specifically, is safe because they item ia put and cooked in a glass crock type dish. That way, there is no contact with the grill/oven/etc. Still nervous, the day that we went to the restaurant I spoke with the manager and the waiter and they both assured me that I would be safe with what I chose. I chose broiled shrimp and scallops, baked potato, and broccoli. It's been 4 days and I've had no symptoms. The waiter was very good working with me and very patient. Being this was the first restaurant that I have eaten in since my diagnosis six months ago, he was calm and answered all my questions and I felt safe about eating there. I would highly recommend going to this location.
