This is a very well deserved 5 Star review... I don't give that out lightly. Especially since my daughter was diagnosed with CELIAC DISEASE. This goes out to the RR manager, Terri, and our server, Daniel, on Saturday night 3/21/15.

Of course, this is a chain burger place, not a Michelin star rated establishment! But I believe the rating should reflect the experience relative to the type of restaurant that it is. And for a "burgers & more" type of place, this one is by far one of the best!!

First of all, the service was BEYOND attentive and friendly. I always ask to speak with a manager and our server right away because of my daughter's Celiac... So we met Terri before we were seated. She readily went over RR's allergen program, precautions taken in the kitchen (separate prep materials, cutting board, utensils, GF buns kept and prepared separately, dedicated fryers for both fries, separate grill area to cook on, etc), and offered an iPad for us to look over all the Gluten Free menu options on their website. There were apps, salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, sides, and shakes!

When we met our server, Daniel, he had already been filled in (by Terri) on our special needs, and he was also extremely helpful and anything he didn't know, he went and found out! Very prompt, attentive, helpful with menu suggestions, etc. He then told us that Terri went in the kitchen to oversee preparation of my daughter's Gluten Free meal herself!

The menu... We were shocked how much their menu options have evolved! There were some really "gourmet" type options on there, as well as the classic burger and fries... And lots of GF options of all kinds. Just tell your server! I got the Angus burger w/ roasted tomatoes, garlic aioli, arugula, and provolone, on ciabatta type bun with sweet potato fries... it was awesome! My husband got the Fish Sandwich and fries (said it was delicious), my son got the bacon cheeseburger and devoured it all, my non Celiac daughter got the kids chicken sandwich w provolone with fries and loved it. My Celiac daughter also got the chicken sandwich w provolone on the GF bun and fries... She said it was the best bun she's had (she ate it all) and even though she's "not too big on fries", those were the best she's had and her new favorite! I took a bite of her sandwich, and I loved the bun too! Found out it was Udi's, which explained it... Awesome!

Overall, it was a home run... And a stress free, delicious dining experience for our family. Not only was my celiac daughter extremely happy, but the rest of got to enjoy exactly what we wanted too! Not so easy to find these days. We are excited to go back regularly, as there are so many different options for us (and my daughter!) to still try... Not just burgers, but sandwiches, entrees, pasta, salads, appetizers, and of course many other burgers!

Thank you Terri and thank you Red Robin! Your efforts are very much appreciated!
