Have eaten here dozens of times without a problem. Ask for the allergy book at the hostess station - gf options are listed, along with the top 8 allergens. Beware that the seasoning mix is not gf, nor are the fries (i ask for steamed veg instead). The book gives you the modifications to request - no bun, no seasoning, etc.. They make the best lettuce "bun" around, though!
