Both our server and the manager were knowledgeable about the menu and the kitchen procedures. The manager came out and explained how they treat gluten-free orders in the kitchen (separate utensils, etc.). They were very careful with my order and very attentive. They don't have a gluten-free menu printed but will bring you an iPad so you can view the menu online. Steak fries are fried in a dedicated fryer! Score!
