If you get the dumplings (especially for takeout) you MUST specify not to include the tempura. It’s not gluten free but even if you request the dish gf they’ll include it anyway. Here’s my read: I don’t think the staff at this place actually knows what gluten is, but someone at some point made a bunch of their recipes gluten free by default. So requesting “gluten free” means nothing to them, they make it the same way they’d make it if you didn’t. And the dish itself IS gluten free, but the staff don’t know or care about what that actually means. I can’t figure out otherwise why they’d include the obviously breaded gluten tempura when you request the dumplings gluten-free!
Anyway, I’ve eaten here a few times and haven’t gotten sick. Great food but way too expensive. I’d go back for the dumplings alone though.

We didn’t eat here because when I called, they said they could not accommodate celiac and could not address cross-contamination. They also would not share the written GF menu with me (although they said they would read it to me aloud).

I really enjoyed eating here on a busy night with no problems contamination-wise. They have a gf menu. Everything was delicious, especially the shrimp poppers. Vegetable curry was insanely hot!

Very fresh and innovative Chinese food restaurant. Not your regular sesame chicken and lo mein place. Many items on menu are naturally gluten free and restaurant has a special gluten free menu upon request. (This menu is not online) Dim Sum dumplings and fried rice dishes are the star of this gluten free meal. Skip the expensive beef dishes. Had some concerns about possible cross contamination but I always have this concern eating at a very busy restaurant. Wait staff were super knowledgeable and made it clear if a dish was gluten or gluten free before placing on table. Make a reservation in advance. Will be back again for sure!
Horrible! Red Farm has a GF menu, that includes an item which has gluten - and the worst part is that they KNOW this. After my son ate the "Pac Man" dumplings and became violently ill three hours later I suspected x-contam, but when I returned the following day to talk to the management team, I was shocked to find out that they are aware that a component of the dish (tempura sweet potato) contains gluten. They told me that they rely on their service staff to inform customers of this. Before ordering we had explained to our waitress that our son has celiac disease and can have absolutely zero gluten so obviously this system does not work and is dangerous. Red Farm clearly does not understand or doesn't care what it means to have celiac disease.
