I go to Red's fairly frequently. I always get the balsamic chicken flat bread. However, the last time I ordered it, I was told that it isn't really gluten free. I was informed that they use soy sauce in the marinade for the chicken. They said it has never been gluten free, and the servers are supposed to tell people. I have ordered this many times and have never been told until a few days ago. I spoke with the GM, Stephanie, and she confirmed this. She was appreciative and says that she plans to take steps to correct the situation. At this point I do not plan to return knowing that they were serving me gluten while calling it gluten free.
