Pros: Ate here 7 days in a row and didn’t get sick. Cons: the wait staff doesn’t really know what they’re doing when it comes to allergies. Nothing at the buffet is labeled with allergens. Make sure you ask for the chef. They do have gluten free pancakes and French toast, but they’re not great. The omelet station is entirely gf, so when in doubt, go there
