Hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had celiac or otherwise. Staff is very versed on making gluten-free meals safe. We did the 8 course tasting menu and they modified courses to make sure everything was safe. Even surprised me with good gluten free bread for the bread and butter course. Always nice to feel included with being gluten free! Highlight was their deconstructed tiramisu!
