The folks at Olivia were extremely knowledgeable on gluten as a while and could augment almost all of their dishes to be gluten free. To be clear, we’re talking home-made Focaccia bread made fresh daily, tons of amazing sauces and 4+ types of homemade GF pastas (made fresh daily) that were absolutely amazing.
They called us the night before to confirm our reservation and to inquire about food allergies .
I am gluten sensitive (not celiac) but am very sensitive. Fortunately there were no reactions at all (except for pure joy). If you get a chance to go to Restaurant Olivia, do your self a favor and get there as fast as you can!
