Très sécuritaire pour les coeliaques. La sauce a poutine sans gluten est préparée séparément, frites sans gluten, aucun autre aliment cuit dans la même friteuse, un sac de fromage neuf est ouvert pour les poutines sans gluten. Excellent service... ne manquer pas le pouding chomeur sans gluten.
