I got the “Don’t kale it a comeback” and the sweet potato side. Both were just okay - my friend built a bowl though and it looked AMAZING! Lots of fun options, definitely worth a stop. Have an allergen menu readily available to double check too.

Most everything on the menu is gluten free. There are also extremely cautious about allergies and celiac if you tell them when ordering. It is so hard eating out a being severely celiac, but this is one of my go-to places!

Pretty sure I got glutened here, which is too bad since it gets such rave reviews. I told the cashier about my gluten restrictions and asked for gloves to be changed and prep area wiped down. She handed me a chart of allergen information, but then my order wasn’t flagged in any way and came out with the rest of the food without any mention of my restriction. Probably wouldn’t have been a problem for gluten intolerance, but it has made for a pretty miserable day for me.

This is a yummy little restaurant that serves delicious bowls, wraps and salads. You can customize with a build your own bowl which is what I always eat. But everything on the menu is very healthy and most everything is gluten free including all of their sauces. It is expensive but every meal has lots of fresh veggies so I think it’s worth it.

Revel Kitchen has MANY gluten free options, with my favorites being the Don’t Kale It Comeback wrap and the Grain Go wrap! Everything is GF except the wheat wraps, and if you disclose an allergy they will be sure to change gloves. One of my favorites!

Healthy quick food is how I think of Revel. Build your own bowls. The menu is clearly marked and mostly everything is gluten free!
Great takeout option for a healthier lunch/dinner. Also they sell a couple premade salads/bowls (there’s been 3 options-2of which are gluten free that I’ve seen) at a few local St. Louis Schnucks

Have ordered from here a few times now and mostly had good experiences. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free and the staff seems knowledgeable. The bowls were always delicious, super flavorful and fresh. I felt somewhat sick hours after eating here on separate occasions but originally attributed it to other things.
However I recently learned that they also started a “ghost kitchen” late last year, Motor Town Pizza, where they make both regular and GF pizzas. It is visibly apparent that the pizza is prepared in an area adjacent to Revel Kitchen’s operations. As someone who is fairly sensitive to trace amounts, the risk of airborne flour contamination seems too high to continue eating here. This is disappointing because I loved supporting what I thought was a business dedicated to having truly GF options. I only noticed when I went into the restaurant (instead of curbside pickup) that it was very much a shared kitchen space and this is described here: https://www.feastmagazine.com/st-louis/article_34e0b69e-f6d0-11ea-814d-fbef3562439a.html

99% of the menu is GF. You only miss out on “meatless tenders”, avocado toast and the wheat wrap. Lots of healthy, customizable options - pancakes, baked goods, protein bowls, salads, protein shakes & smoothies, coffees and teas.

My family loves this place. The food is delicious and healthy. Best of all, most everything is gluten-free so there is a lot of variety to choose from. We order pick-up from here all the time. Support your favorite local businesses right now, y'all!

Delicious, fast, healthy and reasonably priced. Extensive gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan choices. We’re a family that includes celiac, vegetarian and meat-lover members. All of us found excellent options here. Highly recommend!

Delicious combinations of food!
I’m so happy I found this place while in town. You know how it is to be in a new place and worried about finding safe, good food! Everything is GF except they do offer a whole wheat wrap option. It’s not a fancy, white linen and candles type of place, but everything is really high quality, even down to their water station which offers 3 different options (chilled, room temp and sparkling). A really nice touch! The hubby (not GF) and I both got Mediterranean chicken wraps, and we were both raving about them. The GF wrap was delicious! Staff was terrific as well. I wish we had one of these in Kansas City!
Staff knew exactly what I could and couldn’t order. Basically, you pick whether you want a wrap, bowl, etc, then pick the flavor profile (Asian, Buffalo, BBQ, etc), and certain vegetables and sauces are included. That’s $7. If you want to add grass-fed beef, free range chicken, wild salmon, etc, it’s another $5. They have additional sides that are all $4, plus drinks, including kombucha on tap, that vary by type. I had the Asian cauliflower bowl with beef, and it was excellent. I’m a big guy, and I was hungry. The bowl was plenty for me.

This was my second time at Revel. I asked about the gf wrap option. They use Udis and said they warm it on the grill. When I asked about cross-contamination on the grill they said, “It’s so hot it kills anything that’s there.” Uh....no. There’s a reason some restaurants have separate pizza ovens, separate toasters, and clean their flat tops for celiacs. I suggested they do some more research, and I ordered a salad. The food is delicious - lots of healthy flavor and good texture.
Sooo many gluten free, paleo, & vegan options. Very delicious.

The concept is good, but the dishes are lacking in flavor because there is little spice added to the meat when it is cooked. Seems like they could use more sauces. The best thing I have gotten are the brussel sprouts. They accomodated gluten and dairy free

awesome! 5 people, 5 different meals and all great. Two with Celiac were especially happy!

It was amazing to go build my own meal without thinking twice about whether my food was truly GF. I had a southern style Brown rice and quinoa bowl with goat cheese. It was the delicious!
Fresh, tasty bowls and I didn't get sick! Everything is GF except for the whole wheat rolls and they told me that they prep those separately now....
Yes
They have the best GF wrap I have ever had in 7 years of eating GF all over the world! Many other choices including juices and vegetarian. Although it is pricy ($13 wrap), it is our go to place for a quick GF meal.
Yes
Not completely gluten free as advertised. I am celiac. I wasn't feeling well after I ate there, I'm extremely sensitive, because of celiac
No
I was very disappointed this IS NOT a dedicated gluten free kitchen. I know they are careful, but they shouldn't be advertised as dedicated if they aren't, it's that simple. I have to choose restaurants for my two daughters that have celiac. If there's cross contamination they are sick, it's not me that's sick. Staff is very nice and food was delish.
One of my favorites in STL! Truly local, fantastic staff, quality great tasting food, and completely safe for celiacs. Couldn't recommend it more!

Both brilliantly glutenfree, and seriously local, with a quality clearly linked to their dedication to organic, local, and pasture raised ingredients. Revel Kitchen not only makes certifiably safe celiac food, they create community, keep it simple but creative, and make the gamut - from pancake to burger - really good food. The venison sausage, breakfast potatoes, and paleo PB and strawberry jam pancakes - all beyond description good! I'm always pleased to travel to St Louis, if only to stop in at this dedicated gf eatery!
This location is out of business.

Entire menu is GF. Pulled pork sandwich was great.

The menu was full of gluten free options. Enjoyed a waffle sandwich with egg, cheese & chicken sausage with a side salad. So yummy. I can't wait to try it again.
Best breakfast I have had! Super awesome!

I shall keep it simple, because it was simple: Simply good, simply SAFE, simply amazing. Revel Kitchen cooks fusion, gluten-free entirely, with paleo and vegan options. While it keeps the menu simple with rotating specials, that simplicity gives its chef(s) the chance to make the food shine. From the classic American grass-fed burger, to bibimbap on cauliflower rice for the lunch offerings, to a full and fully stellar brunch menu, you can't go wrong at Revel.I was over-abundantly pleased with the PB& Strawberry Jam Pancakes, Waffles, Sweet Tater Hash and Venison Sausage for brunch. Lunch a few days later made my day again.I've found more and more spots that are dedicated these days, and entirely free from the risk of cross-contamination. But I have yet to find an eatery that provides not just gluten-free SAFE food, but really-really-really good food.Organic. Gluten-free. Local. Made-to-order.If I've any complaint, it's price -- and service was a bit slow for the brunch despite my cousin and I being the only two guests. But that wasn't repeated for lunch. If I could live nearer, I would...just to stop in as a regular.
