Host and server were very knowledgeable and helpful regarding what could be made gluten free and would be safe for celiacs. Farm to table restaurant. Meal was fresh and delicious. Server brought out my husband's app with GF bread so he could share without us asking for it. Regular bread was served on a separate plate. I'm very sensitive to gluten and did not have a reaction.
