We ordered both normal and gluten free dishes.
Rick was absolutely gem in answering all the questions and had also got my Gluten free Gnocchi catered to my egg allergy.
The garlic herb and cheese bread was tasty not out of world but safe for me to have without any inhibitions

Great meal with lovely host. So much choice and delicious food. I had the sizzling beef and partner had Rick’s burger- both very tasty and fabulous to have confidence in our food being prepared safely.

Suitable for coeliacs. Very knowledgeable and was great for my symptomatic coeliac daughter. Fantastic experience from the moment we walked in. Service was amazing and so was the food. Highly recommend.

At Rick's Place we take pride in ensuring the safety of all our patrons, most of our meals are made to order, allowing for easy modifications in assisting to cater for most allergies. We have completely eliminated the use of gluten flours and breadcrumbs, making our premises completely safe for coeliacs. We use separate blanching pots for pastas and vegetables, separate pans, utensils, storage and prep areas. You can be assured, there is no risk of cross contamination. At current, gluten products on the premises is now limited to breads and pastas, all packaged and stored separately. We look forward to you coming in to try our 90% Gluten Free menu...... Rick

Delicious food. All can be made gluten free. Separate fryers. Son of owner is coeliac. Parma, pizza, pasta, stir fry, steak… we are in heaven. Finally a good all rounder on this side of town. Great atmosphere, lovely bar. Cocktails are great too. We will be back.

The owner, Rick was incredibly kind, knowledgeable about allergies and diligent in ensuring allergies were taken care of. The selection of gluten free, onion and garlic free foods was amazing. I've never had so much choice when dining out. Everything was GF, except for the option of normal burger buns and pasta. My non-GF family had no idea the food was GF and onion free. All meals customised to your allergy. Meals were exceptional and fresh! Rick was happy to show us the kitchen to reassure of no contamination. We have now been a few times, ordering different meals, all of which were amazing. This will now be my go-to! Delicious!

Our family had a fantastic experience here. Most of the menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free, and they are aware of cross contamination. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer. We’ll definitely be back. Service was excellent.
