The staff were impressively Knowledgable with regard to gluten free cooking and how to avoid cross contamination. It was abundantly clear that great care has been taken here.
There are multiple gluten free options or amendments that can be made to make a meal gluten free (usually switching toasted pita for for toasted bread, they have a dedicated gluten free toaster). As far as I can remember, there were only a couple of things on the menu that didn’t have a gluten free option. There were also a range of fantastic vegan and veggie options that had gluten free options too! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, delicious food.
