There was no gluten free menu, but the hostess told me that the server would be able to point out what was safe. He assured me that the filet was a safe option. It came out with a fried potato garnish, which I confirmed was gluten free. After cutting into the steak, I saw that there was a grilled piece of bread between the steak and the mashed potatoes. The waiter did not offer to take the dish back, instead he said “good I’m glad you caught it and took it off”. He then came back and said the chef apologizes and told us that “It’s just a habit.
