The owner has a family member that has celiac disease so a lot of their sauces are gluten free for the enchiladas. Also the fajita meat is gluten free. I’ve been going here for 19 years and never had an issue. They do not have a gluten free menu and the items aren’t marked so you have to ask.

Great place for crunchy tacos and chips! I called ahead and spoke to a hostess (or possibly manager) that was very knowledgeable about gluten. Server less so, so I relied on the info I got ahead of time. I do always assume a small amount of cc risk from tex mex but have never noticed a reaction from here.
Chips and shells are fried in a dedicated fryer, and all meats, rice, and beans are GF. Avoid: Stuffed Avocado (fried), chile relano, mushroom sauce. Sub corn tortillas whenever needed.
