Review of Rio Mambo

I REALLY wanted to love this place. The menu is fantastic and BIG. Other people have had celiac friendly experiences.

Here is the problem: 1. The lunch appetizer option came out with a flour quesadilla. 2. I sent it back explaining that anything that touched the “rat poison” must be replaced. Against stating this is not a choice but a true “allergy.”

3. All replaced BUT it came out on the same damn plate. Insert face palm.

I gave up and just finished my chips and left.

I will probably give this place another try with more emphasis and maybe a chat with the manager. I just didn’t have the time for another redo.
