Ripples is an upscale restaurant that overlooks the beautiful Chowder Bay. Their menu is clearly labelled and just over half their dishes are gluten free. I have to note that although the broccoli side is labelled GF, it has gorgonzola sauce which has flour in it. But the waitress was very knowledgeable and informed us of this. She also told the kitchen to prepare the dish without the gorgonzola so that it would be safe. We also ordered the buffalo mozzarella, cured salmon, barramundi main, beef tenderloin, caramelised chocolate and panna cotta. All were incredibly yummy and coeliac safe.
