Just ate here with my husband, wonderful experience. We will be back. We are gluten free (severe allergy) and they took care of us. We got the rise salad, and then we split 4 soufflés (sausage and herb, ham and cheese, raspberry, and apricot). They were WONDERFUL! Ashley the manager was really nice to me, I called her several times to “confirm” the gluten free-ness….. ha ha!!! Thank you Rise, we will be back. Dallas Lover’s Lane location

I’ve eaten here several times. The servers are well aware of what is gluten free and what isn’t. One of my favorite restaurants ever!

I ate here 2 weeks ago & while they were knowledgeable about GF my waitress failed to put GF on my order so when my dish arrived it didn't look GF but the food was delivered by someone other than the waitress who said it was GF, but when the waitress came by to check she realized her mistake but I had eaten some by then! They remade & comped my meal but I still got sick. If in doubt double check with your waitress.😕 Food was good even if GF.

All savory soufflés and many desert soufflés can be made gluten free. Craving a crab cake? Get the crab soufflé. A-M-A-Z-ING!!!! I also had the bananas foster soufflé and it was fantastic. It's pricey but worth every penny!!!!
