Review of Risotteria Melotti

I absolutely hate to do this because we were so excited to try this place. Came to town for the weekend and wanted to give it a try. My daughter is Celiac. Within two hours of eating there my daughter was vomiting in the street and doubled over in pain and the day was ruined. She was absolutely glutened. Don’t know how it happened, but something was contaminated. She ate a hamburger on gf bun, French fries that were allegedly fried in a gf fryer and the bread served for the table. They assured us nothing in the restaurant had any gluten. Unfortunately, my daughter has been glutened before so we know what it looks like when it happens. She at nothing else that day that could have gotten her sick. Perhaps it was cross contamination of some sort with their ingredients. No question it was absolutely from the meal, thought Eat at your own risk if you are very sensitive.
