Review of Risotteria Melotti

Completely gluten free. Delicious risotto, friendly staff. I went to their location in florence and here and had a great experience both times. Their beer has barley malt but is still labeled gluten-free and the waiter insisted it was fine for celiac, not sure if it’s handled differently in Italy but I avoided to be safe.
