everything was so delicious. shared the Arancini with a friend as a starter and they were amazing. I had the risotto with wild boar and it was so good. and the bread bag had a couple different ones, which was nice. I wish I could've had a dessert, but sadly I was too full.

I had the most amazing pistacchio risotto. Everything here is rice based: the bread, the cakes, the beer,... And since everything is gluten-free i felt perfectly safe to try everything!.

The whole place is gluten free so we felt 100% safe. It’s all risotto (which is implied by the name) - no pizza or pasta but there were a lot of different risottos to choose from. We each got a different kind and they were all delicious! Plus there were appetizers and desserts. The arancini was excellent as well. Definitely worth a try!

Had lunch here while visiting Florence at the end of August. Everything on the menu is rice-based and 100% gluten free (even the bread). The food was okay - I had the arancini which had an interesting salt and pepper-like crispy coating but was a bit dry inside; followed by the risotto with Pecorino cheese and black pepper. The service was good and ambiance nice. We were there quite early so only one other table was occupied, I can imagine it would be a cozy, buzzing place in the evenings.

One of my favorite meals in Florence! So many interesting flavors of risotto. I got the risotto with caramelized onions, dried raspberries and lemon. My husband got the cacio e pepe and both were amazing!

Best gluten free meal I have had in Italy. I’m vegetarian so gluten free has been a struggle. Meal was fantastic pesto, tomatoe, cheese risotto. My partner ordered the desert hazelnut cake she thought it was great also.

Entirely gluten free restaurant (except for one beer that isn’t GF) - fabulous. Had the Rosemary and Monte Veronese Cheese risotto - good and rich. The best one that we ordered was the Risotto with Eggplant cream with Pistacchio and Basil Pesto and Nuts - amazingly complex and delicious. Ambiance was beautiful and cozy with great service - would highly recommend!

I had a pleasant experience here with my family. 100% GF (except for some beer options) which is always a treat for peace of mind. I preferred the Sgrano locations in Florence, but would recommend this place for risotto enthusiasts as that is the only main course options offered.

Had a great time with my Partner at the is restaurant, the only thing not gluten-free was a selection of bottled beers. The one staff member I saw was knowledgeable and the food was delicious.

We went to the Rome location first, so we also had to check out this location when we came to Florence! They are 100% gluten free. They have the best risotto and the best gluten-free bread! They have slightly different offerings at each location. This time around, we got the duck with orange and pinenuts, as well as the eggplant cream risotto. They were both fantastic!

Amazing! What a joy it is to be in a facility that is entirely gluten free. The food, atmosphere, and most especially - staff, were all fantastic. I simply cannot recommend this place enough.

If you like risotto I definitely recommend going here. They are dedicated gluten free so there are no cross contamination concerns. We got the arrancini appetizer, pear risotto, and the pumpkin risotto. All of it was amazing and the wait staff was very friendly! I also recommend the orange and amaretto tartlet for dessert.

SO GOOD! I’m studying abroad so I’m trying a bunch of places, the best risotto I’ve had and the BEST tiramisu! Had the pear risotto, spinach hazelnut, and onion raspberry. And the staff was so friendly and nice - good wine too and great atmosphere not to far from the Duomo.

So many different recipes with risotto. I chose duck with orange and pine nuts, and my daughter had blueberry risotto with Gorgonzola. They bring different rice cakes and bread warm to the table, and dessert was pistachio ice cream like dessert. Exceptional.
