Was told the gf pasta is cooked in the same water as the regular pasta. Got the gf pizza and was told that would be safer. Was given gf bread to start which was nice

Had GF pizza and bread as well as a salad. The food was good- pricey but the restaurant and hotel setting are gorgeous. My super sensitive celiac son felt he may have had some cross contamination after the meal as he experienced some minor symptoms.

Went here with my daughter (8). We had gluten free breadsticks, bruschetta and…. The greatest pizza. Everything was possible and she did not get sick, so they know how to handle gluten free. Place was not cheap (for pizza), but worth it! Nice atmosphere as well. In short: perfect!

I LOVED my pizza at this restaurant. I typically do not favor the pizza in Europe, but this place was incredible. And...they brought my pizza out sliced for me instead of handing me a dull butter knife to hack up my own slices. I had the spicy diavola pizza, and there were a few pages of options.
The restaurant is set in a beautiful luxury hotel in the middle of Interlochen with indoor and outdoor seating.

Gluten free pizza and pasta options. My husband got the gluten free fettuccine bolognese and I got the marinara gluten free pizza. Crust was better than some I’ve had in Italy. Has a thicker dough and crunchy crust which was nice. I was not a huge fan of their marinara sauce. They also brought gluten free bread to the table. After having MaMaEat in Rome, I’m forever ruined because nothing else measures up. I would not put this crust or pasta anywhere near the level of amazingness that is MaMaEat

If you've ever been to Rome and had Mama Eats, this is the closest to that we've had. In short - it's fantastic. Delicious, great balance of sauce and cheese, and perfect crust. Even our very very sensitive celiac was fine. Give it a go if you're in this beautiful town.

Fantastic find! We called and ordered Take Away (to go). Within 10 mins our pizza was ready and they were incredibly nice to help us, considering the high end restaurant. I would highly recommend the gluten free Caprese pizza. The flavors were so fresh...the best I've ever had! We will likely go back before our trip in Interlaken ends.

The BEST gluten free pasta and pizza I have had. The gf bread is also so amazing! My husband and I shared pasta and pizza, both gf, and even he said that was some of the best pasta he has had and he is not gf. We are foodies so it’s hard to fully impress us but this restaurant was over the top. The service was also very good and staff was very knowledgeable and caring to my gf needs.

I had a delicious gluten free Quattro Stagioni pizza. I also was given a warm GF crusty roll in its own packaging. The pizza crust was a pre- made product, but was very good. This restaurant also offers gluten free pasta. And I had a very nice Insalata Mista ( mixed green salad).

Offered gluten free pasta and pizza! Was soooo delicious and even my bf (not gluten free) couldn’t believe it was gluten free bread. Authentic italian, and the best place we’ve eaten in Switzerland!

Excellent service - nothing too much trouble. Gluten free pasta, pizza, fresh hot bread and oil. No extra charge for GF options.
Lovely setting and fabulous service.
I had lobster gf pasta and my partner had prawn risotto - both absolutely excellent.
Brought GF fresh roll out with oil without having to ask. Fantastic restaurant definitely recommend.

They had gluten free bread that they warmed still in the bag and good gluten free spaghetti. If you call the day before they also have gf pizza. I ate here twice on our vacation.
