We stumbled across this restaurant on our walk from the station to the leaning tower.

I haven’t eaten ravioli at a restaurant for years! And the Tiramisu was to die for!

Every town should have a restaurant like this!

Amazing gluten free restaurant in Pisa, lots of options and the food is so delicious. The staff are really friendly and joked about everything being gluten free, which was reassuring. Gluten free lasagna and tiramisu were a must have, definitely recommend going for lunch or dinner if you’re in the area!

A 100% Gluten Free Restaurant! There wasn’t a single item on the menu that contained gluten. The servers were extremely knowledge with everything allergen related. We had the carbonara and lasagna, it was some of the best food we’ve ever had. This is one of the best spots in Pisa for Gluten Free!

Amazing food and service. Highly recommend to go here if you are in Pisa, the food tasted very nice, good flavours and traditional Italian dishes. They also let me know the dishes I could make dairy free. The bread is to die for!!! 5 stars! Can't wait to visit again

100 procent gluten free Food was okay! The Bread a little dry and the food a little bit to flavoured, but we enjoyed and it is nice to eat on a safe spot.

Lousy food, even lousier service. My party of three came in at noon and were seated in an almost entirely empty restaurant. After sitting for twenty minutes without having our order taken, we heard commotion from the kitchen. There was yelling and items were thrown into the lobby. A man who works (or formerly worked?) came into the restaurant throwing around a motorcycle helmet and shoving chairs. Only after this happened were we able to order. Other parties started to come in and it progressively got busier, however multiple other parties were served their food before us after having ordered over an hour previous. When the food finally did come out, the one meal was not cooked properly and the other two were entirely wrong. While it is entirely gluten free, don’t expect to be treated with the same respect if you only speak English.

Had a great lunch today with the family. We had nice bread, bruschetta, ravioli, lasagna, pasta, focaccia and I had Tiramisu for desert. I was so happy to finally be able to order choose what I actually wanted and taste some from the others. Top!

Lovely meal at Grano Libero, with delicious bread, pasta and beer, all gluten free! The server gave a great wine recommendation too. The desserts, including tiramisu, looked delicious but we’ll have to go back to try again another time. Vegetarian options weren’t clearly marked, but as a tourist the English menu was good and it was simple to work out. Would highly recommend.

The restaurant is all glutenfree. The pasta carbonara is the best we ever tasted. We had alot of carbonaras through Italy, and this is no doubt the best one!! Both me and my family have never tasted anything like this.

INCREDIBLE!! MUST VISIT IN PISA. This was the best gluten free meal I have had in Italy so far. Started off with the Bruschetta, then the penne Bolognese, my partner got the florentine steak, to end we shared a slice of cheesecake. The menu was large and had so many options and everything gluten free, everything delicious. We even were given gluten free bread to start which is something that never happens!! The staff are so kind and the food was just amazing.

We had a lovely dinner here. Our daughter was so excited to be able to pick anything from the menu. They had several options for a full meal! The bread was delicious as were all of the starters from the grand platter! We all tried a different type of pasta and were very pleased! Everything was so yummy. Everything in this restaurant is gluten free. Mrs Morgan was beside herself with glee and decided to have all the courses! Fabulous food, lovely staff and a beautiful setting. It’s probably worth coming to Pisa just to visit this place!

We went to this restaurant, having found it on this website. It has a nice ambience, the waiters were friendly, helpful and professional.

It isPisa’s only 100% gluten-free restaurant. So you could eat anything on the menu. Everything looked wonderful, our pasta dishes were very good and the salad was excellent. We had no room for dessert unfortunately

If we had been staying another night, we would have come here again. Wonderful to have a restaurant where there is no problem with choices.

Newly opened this year Grano Libero offers the first dedicated completely gluten free restaurant in Pisa. They have a full menu with antipasti (starters), prima plati (pasta plates), secondi (mains), dessert, focacce (sandwich on focaccia bread) salad and a large wine menu. There are a wide range of traditional Tuscan dishes to try. They make the bread in house and also have the traditional canntuci dessert biscuits. This was a real treat and a great find for us during our day in Pisa. The wait staff are very friendly and helpful, there's a huge full menu and everything we tried was delicious. We'll definitely be back!
