Great restaurant, i ate there twice (i slept in the hotel Chelsea). Staff was trained by AIC (italian celiac association). Traditional italian food, from Piemont and Pugliese.

A lot of meals are made GF and a few desserts.

GF bread is given too.

This restaurant , very close to Torino cathedral, is inside hotel Chelsea and is centrally located in Torino. They have specialities of both Puglia and Piemonte with their regional dishes. The manager knows very well how to deal with gf diet and offers variety of pasta and other gf dishes. Good quality at correct prices. Suggested.
